Wing & Leaf
Garden silhouettes with a little light shining through.
Wing & Leaf combines two butterfly designs and one dragonfly in a coordinated set of garden stakes. Translucent colored glass sits within the metal wing frames, bringing a lighter visual effect than solid painted wings. A small leaf below each figure connects the insect silhouettes to the surrounding planting.
Use the set where daylight can pass through the glass, such as the edge of a low flower bed or a sunny balcony planter. The ornaments are fixed in place on their stems; they are intended for color and shape rather than wind-driven motion. Different heights help each figure remain visible when grouped.
Thoughtful details, naturally.
